The Foundation has launched an inclusive playground initiative in 2024, which plans for the development of a playground in Henry County where ALL children can play together. This playground will be designed to remove physical and social barriers to inclusion and fit the unique needs of the community. The inclusive playground will promote the development of social-emotional, cognitive, and physical well-being.
Many families of children with life-threatening diseases rarely leave the confines of their own home. The Levi Miles Foundation strives to provide these children and their families an opportunity to explore life outside the walls of their home. This is accomplished by granting children under the age of three with life-threatening diseases an opportunity to make lasting memories with their family, outside their home.
